Omg. If you’re bored of weight training in the crowded gyms, this is it! My only regret is I didn’t join sooner. I went for my first class a few weeks ago and I immediately signed up after. Everyone is soooo nice and understanding that I’m still trying to get used to the flow of the pods moving etc. They’ve made me feel so welcomed and everyone that comes in is really nice too. I work from home super isolated and am new to the area, and this has been helping me with my mental health so much. Truly so grateful ??? Thank you F45 amazing staff!
As someone who previously struggled to stick to a consistent workout routine, F45 has been amazing. The vibes, people and coaches make it enjoyable to show up and give it your all, even at my typical 6AM class. I love working out here!
What a great place to get a total body workout! All the girls that work there are great motivators and make sure my form is correct so I can get the most out of every workout! Thank you F45 San Clemente!
