As someone who previously struggled to stick to a consistent workout routine, F45 has been amazing. The vibes, people and coaches make it enjoyable to show up and give it your all, even at my typical 6AM class. I love working out here!
What a great place to get a total body workout! All the girls that work there are great motivators and make sure my form is correct so I can get the most out of every workout! Thank you F45 San Clemente!

The coaches are warm, welcoming and encouraging. The workouts are always different and challenging which prevents burnout, If you are on the fence about trying F45 and are in south OC come to the San Clemente location- you wont regret it!
