Matt came to a listing I had for a second opinion. The buyers inspector told me the house needed to be tented because he found wings but he could not verify whether they were old, or if we had active termites. I called Colony for a second opnion and Matt said he found a total of 30 wings which equates to 7-8 termites, but since there were no droppings, he considered there to be no active infestation. The cost to treat the joints locally was $600 with Colony compared to an entire tenting by the other company for $2600. Matt saved my client $2000! His response was fast, efficient, and honest.

I am not big on writing reviews but felt this one needed to be done. I am a real estate agent and needed work to be done before closing. Because of our current situation in the country I had a 2 day window for this home to close. I honestly wish I had gotten the names of the 2 gentlemen who came out last minute in the pouring rain to get the work done. They had to paint in the garage dried the boards by using a leaf blower and then hung them. The work was done and it looks great. They were kind and very professional. A huge thank you.

Matt Boland has done the termite work at several houses owned by my family. His prices are the best and he also does the wood repair or replacement needed, so we don't have to find someone else to do it. He does it all, quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Colony Termite Control.
