Chuck's Custom Auto Detailing

I called Chuck’s a bit stressed as I found a half gallon of milk had rotted in my trunk and leaked a bit. I cleaned as much as I could but I knew I needed a professional job done soon. He was out of town and told me to not wait as it will only make it worse and then recommended another business to go to. I even had to clarify the location and address. He was extremely responsive, helpful and kind especially to redirect me elsewhere. I would love to give him my business in the future due to his professionalism, responsiveness and kindness.

We live in San Clemete. Chuck does also. He drove to our business location in Laguna Hills to detail our 2021 BMW X5 45idrive.Unbelievable job! I have no idea how Chuck made the paint look like it did when we drove it off the lot. Thanks Chuck. See you again soon and with our other BMW.
