If you want to deal with perhaps the worst customer service, then this is the place to do business with!! They value short term valuation vs. long term valuation of their company in all respects. My wife and I lived in a property managed by Charter Realty for 7 years. I found them to be extremely professional and always fair. If anything ever broke or if there was an emergency, they we on top of it. If a neighbor was a menace, they were dealt with immediately. If you are an honest and clean tenant, Charter Realty will take care of you.
