We used Atkins Roofing to fix a leak in our roof several years ago. We have not had any other problems with that leak. We did find two additional leaks and we called Atkins Roofing again for the repair. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and dependable. They do quality work and we will continue to use them for any roofing issues.Service: Roof repair
Awful company, in our opinion: We cannot speak to anybody else's experience with this company, only ours. After our recent experience, we would advise anybody with a roof problem of any urgency to avoid this company at all costs. Upon contacting the owner, we were assured that he could have our roof repaired "in the next few weeks". However, when it came to scheduling and completing the work, he ended up vanishing for days and weeks at a time, on multiple occasions, only to invent a litany of excuses as to how a series of unexpected occurrences prevented him from showing us the courtesy of returning our multiple phone calls.
