Lovely! Front desk staff was so nice, as was the veterinarian. They efficiently diagnosed my bunny's eye issue, as well as picked up on an additional eye issue I hadn't even come in for. Would go again if needed!
My 6 year old male labradoodle has lost vision in one of his eyes and my vet recommended we get his eyes checked at this ophthalmologist. We are still getting answers, but thus far with all the testing (tear production, eye pressure, eye staining, blood test, glaucoma check upcoming), I am very impressed. And the level of communication, empathy, and their knowledge is incredible. It was a shock to hear about Moose’s vision loss, and every day we are dealing with his new normal. I’m grateful to have this high level of care so close by. They were quick to schedule and contacted us right away when there was a cancellation that could get us in sooner.
Vet vision has been nothing but great in caring for my dog. My dog needed urgent care since his eye was inflamed and they squeezed him in for an emergency visit. I did have to pay an emergency fee of $650 but it was my only option instead of taking him to an emergency hospital where I probably would have spent a lot more money (over $1,000). Unfortunately I was given pretty bad news for my dog since he ultimately ended up becoming blind in one eye and got diagnosed with glaucoma. Dr. Li’ Puma was nothing but caring and compassionate and really took the time to help treat my dog. She is always willing to answer my ongoing questions and cares to respond in a timely manner....read full review
