Awesome Environment & fun classes! My Son enjoyed every bit of training starting at 6 years old. Sensei Andrew is certainly a master of his craft, he brings encouragement, inclusiveness, & inspiration to every session. Definitely boosted my son’s self esteem.

Everyone walks a different path, has a different story, has different needs. My reason for learning Kempo is to help improve my golf game, both physically and mentally. After about 5-weeks of training w/ Sensei Andrew and other students, my golf stance/posture/swing has improved significantly and I actually played my best round of golf last weekend! I have also seen the improvement in my kids behavior since they started learning Kempo, both from a disciplinary and confidence boosting point-of-view. I will always remember what Sensei Andrew told me from day one -- "don't think...feel", as I am continuously working on applying that mindset to my daily activities in life (whether it be work, golf, kids, etc.). Highly recommend this form of art and self defense! Be Like Water...
