Our washing machine was not draining. I contacted Samsung service hotline and was told it could be a drain pump issue, they would send a service technician, but we had to move the dryer that's sitting on top of the washing machine ourselves. So I contacted couple of handimen to help move the dryer but none of them was able to come. Finally, after about a week of no washing machine, I went on Yelp to find an appliance repair company. Mike picked up the phone, asked me to snap some pictures of the washing machine. He ordered the drain pump replacement and when it arrived, he came to our home. I've used Speedy Appliance on two occasions. Once, for my dryer, which sounded as if there was a chirping bird inside, and more recently, for my dishwasher. On both occasions, the service provided by Speedy Appliance was prompt, highly professional and highly skilled, and the issues were resolved .
