Our long- time friend and successful Bay Area Real Estate Agent, who always knows the best tradesmen to use, recommended Security Roofing, telling us to call the owner Bob, when we realized we had some roof leaks. Bob was wonderful to work with. He offered to personally come and temporarily seal roof leaks, when heavy rain was coming before our date for the roof replacement. And he noticed some dry-rot/termite damage and efficiently fixed it at very little added cost. His crew were very organized, and there was not a trace of debris anywhere on the property after each day. He also replaced the gutters and painted them for us before installation. This company is amazing. The owner, Bob Donielo did the estimate while he was at my home. He is fast and knows his stuff. Their price was competitive and for a fact, I talked to many other companies, many of whom were also very professional. They started when they said they would and finished on time. My property was left clean as a whistle when they were done. Their cleanup was better than when I do work around the house! 1) They removed the old shake roof and tar paper. 2) Installed new rood with underlayment, eyebrow vents and composite shingles on both the house and car port. I saved myself some money by replacing some dry rotted wood, installing my own eaves vents, repairing some broken beams and reinforcing the rest in my attic beams, but I'm pretty handy. I'd also say that even though I am very hands on around the house Bob was very easy to talk to and had great suggestions. Most of all, they followed through on everything promised.
