This is now my 2nd time using NJ plumbing. The first was a couple of months ago for a sink fixture replacement in the Kitchen. Nick was quick to respond, did the work quickly and professionally and cleaned up before leaving, and the price was excellent. A few days ago I noticed a huge leak in our garage, and the water heater had died after about 15 years of service. Nick responded quickly to my request and was scheduled for a new water heater install exactly when I needed it. Work took about 2.5 hours, he explained how to do annual maintenance and cleaned up his work area before leaving. I'm an owner of multiple investment properties in Sacramento county area. I depend on referrals since I do not live in the area. I was referred to nick for an over flowing washer pipe from a tenant. I messaged him on a Saturday and he was there on Monday. It is such a blessing to have someone that is so responsive since I have tenants that need to be taken care of quickly. His response makes us look like we know what we are doing! Nick was responsive communicative with quality and thorough work. The tenant loved him. Came to our home and fixed the toilet, shower head and other misc bathroom items. Did outstanding work, very professional and knows what he is doing. Nice to see someone who takes pride in their work. My wife called NJ "amazing". Have recommended NJ to family and friends.
