A++Way, way exceeded our expectations.The cleaning treatment, which these guys apparently invented themselves, worked better than anything we've used before on some older carpets. The treatment also worked wonders on 6 cloth dining room chairs. Jeff, who visited our home, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and gave us a lot of related information.Finally, the price was more than fair.Could not recommend more highly.

I called them once, and have never called anyone else after that. Jeff and Mike are awesome!Costs: Their rates are fixed, no hidden costs, no upselling, no gratuities either.Service: The cleaning is great, the solution they use is organic seaweed-based, no toxic chemicals. And carpets get cleaner over time (old stains don't come back, and new stains are harder to take hold).Trust: And, they will give you the right advice for your cleaning needs. I got a used sofa and wanted it cleaned by them last week. Jeff told me it's covers are zippered and I can pop them in the laundromat for much cheaper. He cleaned the central ottoman it had, and didn't charge me for it.

Jeff & Mike (Naturell) have been exclusively cleaning our carpeting for over 10+ years now, and we wouldn't even consider calling anyone else. They're dependable, hard-working, thorough & just do an all-around fabulous job. The "dry" method of cleaning that they use is great for us because we don't want our carpets saturated with water/mold. And, best of all, they've literally prolonged the life of our carpeting by YEARS, making it last through raising 3 children + a dog.
