Making the order was easy. I received the estimated bill from Tracy two days prior. Everything was on time, Andy was very nice and professional. He explained me everything and we agreed on the best option for my old carpet. After cleaning it looks much-much better and I know it is clean. I have been using Baker Chen dry for years. I recently replaced my carpets with hardwood so just had an area rug to clean. After working with their office, I found the most economical way to clean my rug was to combine with my neighbor. They worked well with not of us so we could avoid the minimum charge.The technician who came was professional and did a great job. He had no problem collecting 2 payments and working across multiple items. We both have dogs so we also wanted to be sure it was safe for them and as always, they use nontoxic pet safe cleaner.I would highly recommend this small business to all who need carpet cleaning. We used Bakers Chem Dry for our carpets as we have for many years. I like that they are a family business. Our carpets are 34yo so it’s amazing they can make them look as good as they do! The technicians did a good job explaining the options and they were willing to move 2 heavy chairs onto the bed. The scheduling could improve since our day/time was changed a few times due to lack of staff but we still stand by Bakers!Service: General carpet cleaning
