Go to this flooring store if you want good service! My crew and I needed two cases of floorings for a repair job. Although the 4.5 mm we needed was out of production, Jim did try to help-out by making inventory calls, and he even updated me the next day.

Greg at Mastermart is excellent. He has a large variety of products in his showroom. He recently carpeted my home and I love the results. The installers were reliable and outstanding! Love the results. We also purchased beautiful engineer white oak hardwood flooring from Greg. It ended up to be a discontinued product and Greg was able to obtain allThe flooring we needed at an excellent price point. Again installation was fabulous ! Love the product and love the outstanding service

I'm reviewing Greg and Master Mart Floor Coverings for a super important reason: What was needed was what was done. It turned out that for now, not much is needed regarding my solid hardwood floors' replacement just because. Also, Greg educated us on older (mine) vs. contemporary flooring, color changes (normal), and even feel of the area stepped. He's troubleshooting with a reader that determines if there is any water below, which can make the targeted areas a little more squishy and emergent ultimately. His goal is not to do the biggest project he can make out of it. It's to be ethical, genuinely helpful, and skillful; and to call up what's needed. I've heard from a friend that he and his team were masterful and efficient. He takes this principle into every project, including my small one. By the way, from the first contact, which for me was the woman's voice on the outgoing message, it was about helpfulness, pleasantness.
