“The owner of this small business really believes in providing excellent customer service! We ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered. On the evening of the delivery day, she contacted us to let us know that no one was home to receive the arrangement and no one was answering the phone. She offered to try the delivery the following morning, even though it was a day before the busy Valentine’s Day deliveries! She had the arrangement delivered in the early morning, followed up with a phone call and a text showing the arrangement was left at the front door. Our friend got the notification of the delivery and confirmed receipt of the flowers. The arrangement looked exactly like the picture shown on the website! (That is impressive in itself) This is definitely the florist to use if you are in the San Carlos area!“

“Such a unique and lovely concept! The place feels fresh and light with plants surrounding it. They serve midwife and baker pastries, which is always good. I ordered a cappuccino and was delighted to see that it cane with some dried flowers attached to the cup! Servers were friendly and fast. Would want to come back to try their matcha and other drinks.“
