Horrible drivers who work there..I got into a shouting match with one of their drivers, who it turns out was fired from SFMTA for being rude, confrontational, a real jerk/small man complex who has control issues..One of the worst experiences i have dealt with..this guy should be fired or at least disciplined so maybe it won't happen again..Horrible company..and i know many school bus drivers in the City that say the same thing..This company only gets people who can't cut if for whatever reason in the City..and some have had disciplinary problems..Again, a horrible company..

Durham's operation in San Carlos is a blight on the community! They are abusing both public and private parking for their bus storage, and the problem is getting steadily worse. This morning one of their buses and a bus driver's car are blocking a fire hydrant on Commercial Street. Around the corner on Industrial, one small bus is parked in the middle of two parking spaces, hogging them both. That's plain rude. Folks from my office (on this corner) have called many times and are usually blown off. We usually only call when their drivers park in our designated spots in a private lot or block our driveway (both frequent occurrences). We are about to begin a campaign of reporting violations to the Sheriff's Office for ticketing and towing illegally parked vehicles. We are also photo-documenting their constant violations. This review deals with the owners who have no consideration for businesses in the area. There is over 10 buses parked daily on our street, Commercial. They should not be given a business license if they can not accommodate parking for their vehicles...
