I would like to highly recommend Timothy Woo DC in San Carlos, at Perfectly aligned Chiropractic. I had found over the many years of Chiropractic care down in San Diego, that I had evolved to and my body responded to, the less traditional quick adjustments. Finding a similar philosophy up here, in Nor Cal, after our move, was an important factor in keeping my body and health aligned. I found Dr Woo on Yelp and he and Dr Niss, both share the common element of moving the body gently to allow for the adjustment to occur without strong force. I walked to work one morning and suddenly my leg felt like it was going to fall off! Apparently, I strained a ligament or muscle in my hip. This was 2 hours after I worked out on my elliptical that I had not used in a month. I've used my elliptical for years on and off and never had this happened! I started limping throughout my day and I had to hold my right leg in order to get out of my seat. I did not have time to go to my regular chiropractor so I called around to find a chiropractor that also did myofascial work. I cannot say enough about the treatments I've received by Dr Tim Woo. Dr. Woo helped me with ART for my bad knee. His effective technique of loosening my leg muscles have helped me strengthen and have more ROM in my daily body movements. His subtle back and hip adjustments have helped me immensely as well. I'm a well lubed machine once again! Can't say enough about the all around care I received.
