I was having problems with my laptop microphone, no one could hear me. I brought it to Ron who ran a few test on it and in a short time he had it working. I highly recommend him for computer repair. I have used Ron for many years, found him honest and reasonable.

Ron is the best independet... no make that "best of all," computer repair-person ever. I've had desk tops & laptops since the 80s so that's not an exaggeration. He is fairly priced and responds fast... 5-Stars all the way.

Excellent service and product-I will use again, for sure! The touchscreen cracked on my HP Envy 360 laptop screen and it crashed the hard drive. It was also the week before Thanksgiving and I was pretty stressed out. I was dreading having to leave the laptop somewhere, possibly for weeks. But I found Ron, and he pretty much seemed to drop everything to help me. Probably it's more that he is just that good and organized that he SEEMS to drop everything (laughing). Anyway, he ordered the screen and it was delivered right away, and I had my laptop back with an even better hard drive (he keeps some in stock), a new touchscreen, all my documents and photos and files safely...read full review
