I’ve rented bounce houses from here 3 times over the past couple of years. They have great communication starting with the in office team. The team that sets up is prompt, professional, and does a great job setting up and taking it down. The bounce houses are in good condition and they always clean it right before they leave it with you. I also found their pricing really competitive because they include stuff like sandbags and tarps if they are needed.
Comic Jumps made our daughter’s second birthday party incredible. They had exactly what we needed - a cars jump house that was the perfect size for our backyard. It was very easy to book through their form on their website, and I was able to coordinate ideal times for set up and breakdown / pickup with Audra directly. She coordinated with me in advance to ensure details were clear, and even came to ensure the space made sense size wise, in advance. Comic Jumps delivered again! From our initial request thru setup and pickup on Sunday, Audra and Johnny were helpful, professional and timely. We will always use Comic Jumps in the future and highly recommend to our San Carlos, RWC, Belmont neighbors.
