Called and spoke with Edgardo he was very kind and explained how everything works. Came over to give me my free estimate. He was easy to work with, he understood my needs and worked within my budget. Then return the next day (texted to let me know he was on his way) then his team and Edgardo removed everything promptly. I would recommend Bay Junk and looking forward to using his services in the future !

bay junk was very quick to respond and stopped by the same day to provide a price to take away everything...once price was negotiated, they literally take everything and sweep up the entire area...take a picture of what was done...payment was done over the phone via credit card...great job... read full review

Edgardo was fabulous! My husband did a deep, deep garage clean out today and wanted to have all of the junk picked up and hauled out the same day (mind you, he decides this at around 2pm...) and I found Bay Junk. Edgardo was very courteous over the phone and was willing to schedule either an on-site estimate later today for a pick-up tomorrow morning or to do a pick-up later today but without being able to give a price estimate (as he wouldn't know how much cubic feet he was hauling until on the spot). When I called, I wasn't sure how much junk we were going to create as we were still going at it and sorting through all of our stuff so I decided to take a chance... read full review
