Three years my husband and I found ourselves with one lay off and one income living in the Bay Area. We luckily owned a beautiful home in San Carlos, but were at a crossroads. We decided to sell the home and got a lot more money than we thought we could for it, with great direction from Mindy. She was even there the day that the moving truck took us to a new home out of the area. I highly recommend Mindy to sell your home, you will have a friend as well as a very competent realtor.

The most difficul and confusing realtor to work with! Our house is the lowest pricesd home on a market today, its been for sale since February 2015 in Redwood City. We've been loosing clients...Bill's asnwer to it was that it is because we counter offer. Hold on, isn't that's what sellers do? Mindy (the wife) IS our listing agent. Whenever we have a specific question, her answer is "I don't know", "Bill should know", "I'll have Bill call you" This is all we've got for the past 4 month. We've never had such unpleasant experience with realtors before.

I've had the pleasure to work with Mindy Pengilly a few times over a long span of years. She has worked both as a mortgage broker and a realtor and knows the industry inside and out. In a field of many, her expertise, diligence, and positive attitude make her a stand out choice as a realtor. Mindy responded immediately to every email, text and phone call, even when I contacted her multiple times each day for weeks.
