The installer they worked with was very skilled. Payment was easily facilitated online by linking a bank account (can do card for a fee). My only constructive feedback is that we reached a point once the installer was on site working where it would have been easier to speak with them directly rather than talking through our Ergeon concierge. Not a huge deal, but added a little overhead.“

“After a disastrous attempt at trying to use an internet supplier for barn-style door track and hanger hardware and getting sticker shock from local custom door suppliers, I was recommended to Crown Supply. Working with Sean, Crown designed custom hardware, specifically track modifications to meet my mounting needs and offered suggestions as how to improve the general appearance of my project without adding cost. They also had working examples of all the hardware available in their office. Their pricing was actually about 10% less from internet sources when shipping is included and about 40% less expensive than the closest quote from custom door shops in the area. They sent me proofs of the work for final approval and finished the project on time and on budget. All the hardware was there and built properly to the custom design. I was very satisfied with the quality and overall results. I would recommend Crown as an excellent alterative to the internet, where the necessary customization was impossible to find, or the local custom door shops which are likely ordering their hardware through companies like Crown and margin stacking.“
