We have been with Totah Accounting Inc. for over than 25 years. We owned two small businesses and we have been with them since we opened up our first business. That must say more than I want to say. The best of the best customer service you will ever get. Your calls and questions always answered professionally. I highly recommend them for any of your accounting needs, and tax filling.

I normally don't post reviews but Totah Accounting is one of those businesses that deserves talking about. After moving to the Peninsula, I needed to find a new tax accountant since I didn't want to drive into the city. A friend recommended Totah Accounting. The office is rather inconspicuous and simple. If you drive too fast, you might miss it. Don't let this cover of the book fool you. The owner, Paul is very responsive and knowledgeable. In the case with my situation, I did not have a simple, straight deduction. There was no way I was able to do my taxes and risk getting audited by the IRS. Paul was able to navigate through all my documents and explain to me about the tax process. That was important to me b/c my prior tax person was not responsive and only called me when my taxes were complete. The receptionist who works the front office is great too. She was able to send me my previous documents encrypted via email. Totah Accounting is a "A+" business and gets my thumbs up! They may not be a big company like H&R Block, but I rather have the best service with a personal touch that Totah Accounting offers.

My daughter was referred to Totah Accounting by her friend, and I was referred by my daughter. This will be my 3rd year that Paul is handling my taxes. Paul and his team do an exceptional job! When I call with my many questions, they are professional and extremely friendly. They never rush me, even though I have question after question. They make sure I understand everything fully. They deserve this 5 star rating as Paul and his team are the epitome of superior service!!!
