I have wavy hair and have had it cut by 'regular' stylists all my life who focus on the straight cut and blow dry style - Chava is a true curly-hair pro who knew what to do with my waves right away, giving me the best cut I've ever had, emphasizing my natural waves and bringing out the body and texture I've always wanted. I've been going to her for nearly 2 years now and each cut is better than the last (which isn't easy since I've been adamant about growing it out). All that and she's a delight to talk with. “I’m visiting from Canada and when I’m at home I have my favourite place to tan that treats me like family. I have noticed since I’ve been here that as a general rule people here aren’t as friendly as they are at home. Walking down the street people don’t make eye contact. They don’t smile and say hi like they do back home. “Half the time it’s fine, but half the time I have a terrible rude experience with the people working the front desk. There are more gracious massage / facial businesses in the city. I have been going for years and it’s gotten worse. Beware of buying a Groupon from here, i felt like they treat you like trash for trying to use one“
