Teresa is a true gem! Everything about her and Mayahuel is absolutely incredible and worth giving a try. For context, I was referred to Teresa a couple years ago during my first pregnancy. My cousin and I were due months apart and she raved about Teresa. But back then, for some reason I developed touch aversion... you know in pregnancy when some women have aversions to food they once LOVED... I couldn't stand being touched let alone massaged. Teresa is amazing to work with. I've had two stubborn spots of significant chronic pain on my back that have been deeply bothering me for months. Teresa actually relieved the pain and my back feels better, which is crazy because nothing else has worked. She tailored my prenatal massage to what I needed and was very easy to follow up with. When it was tricky finding an open time slot/appointment, she reached out to me when she had a cancellation. She's a true professional and is excellent at her work.

I first visited Teresa after having my baby for a postpartum massage. My cousin saw her several years ago and highly recommended her. After my first visit, I completely understand why Teresa gets booked up so quickly. Teresa has a warm demeanor and her massage studio is clean and welcoming. Before beginning the massage, she shared a lot of knowledge with me including how the woman's body changes with pregnancy and post-pregnancy, explained the abdomen massage portion of the massage which I was really intrigued about, and really level set expectations so that I could understand the flow of the massage.
