Kaiser Permanente Sneath Lane Medical Offices

I could not get an appt. with my regular dr. because he was out of town for 3 weeks and then was booked solid for the following month. I wanted to get an annual check up during my vacation so that I could get routine blood tests, talk about switching medication due to an allergic rash and follow up on an aneurysm found in a scan during a hospital stay. I got an appt. with another doctor upstairs. She was was puzzled that I didn't want to wait more than 2 months for an appt. with my regular dr. and sat typing with her back to me the entire appt. I hope I never ever ever have to go back to this place again .. The receptionist is rude the pharmacy guy used to be nice but now he's in some kind of hurry all the time and seems very unhappy .. Drs are super late and just act like it's okay .. Such a convenient location but I will keep my regular Dr in Ssf .. Avoid this place, it's riddled with unhappiness

Had an appointment in person, got there and apparently it's online. But when appointments was made it was clarified in person. How do you fuck this up? This time and money. Had to call off work to make it to this appointment and care.
