I hope I never ever ever have to go back to this place again .. The receptionist is rude the pharmacy guy used to be nice but now he's in some kind of hurry all the time and seems very unhappy .. Drs are super late and just act like it's okay .. Such a convenient location but I will keep my regular Dr in Ssf .. Avoid this place, it's riddled with unhappiness
Had an appointment in person, got there and apparently it's online. But when appointments was made it was clarified in person. How do you fuck this up? This time and money. Had to call off work to make it to this appointment and care.
do not use there in home care. they sent a care taker to take care of my grandmother. this lady cleaned my grandmothers house out. when we reported it Kaiser said they would call back and never did. then she sued my grandmothers trust. we spent $200,000 on legal fees and are still in court for the lions share of the trust. Kaiser will not do anything. Do not use there senior care. The care givers are criminals.
