I love working out at F45! The instructors that I’ve interacted with are so approachable, attentive, and dedicated to their work. I love how organized the workouts are! It is definitely beginner friendly. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you’re looking to get a good workout.

F45 San Bruno is the absolute best! I’ve been a member since October 2023 and have had nothing but positive experiences. The coaches are awesome and really care about their members. They take the time to get to know each person and also correct form as needed. Everytime I go, I know I’m getting a great workout in. Definitely recommend people looking for a great workout and community check it out!

I’ve been going to F45 since the new year and it’s been such a breath of fresh air as a retired athlete and commercial gym-goer. All of the coaches are so encouraging and helpful, and I look forward to my workouts!
