Recently I needed Peter's assistance with our old office door. It would not close properly. We needed some new hardware. In the cold and rain, Peter came and fixed the old office door until we could have more time to get the hardware fix. Peter did not charge me for his assistance. I will still be working with him on getting the hardware replaced, however, I will never forget the kindness Peter showed me on that day. I highly recommend Bill's Lock Shop for your needs! I was having problems with a single cylinder deadbolt re-installation. I called Bill's to verify that they were available on a Sat. afternoon, and that I may reed a replacement unit. I have used their services previously, and always found them to be knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He told me to bring it all in.He informed me that my lock was good quality, but could become temperamental. He inspected and serviced the lock. He then asked me to be patient with the reinstall.I reinstalled it easily with my first try. Thank you for your quick amazing service at an unbeatable price.I highly recommend you and your shop for excellent service.FP

As a single woman it is hard finding Reliable, trustworthy people in the field of home repair. I have found just this person when I needed a new lock on my bathroom door because I have been locked in my bathroom due to a very old lock.Peter Carey at Bill's Lock Shop in San Bruno is amazing! He answered the phone on the first ring both times that I called him. His response was very calming and knowledgeable.
