Worst experience ever! I paid for my Brazilian wax and everything was ok until I was in the room and she was waxing me and told me that if I wanted to wax in the back was extra money and I was ok , I was there and I wanted everything to be done ! Worst material ever I went home and lost of hair still there !
I bought a groupon for a Brazilian wax, the lady May called to cancel my appointment every other day about 3-4 times.. I finally get to go in, and she seems annoyed about something, doesn’t greet me. She takes me to the back and there was legit hair on the wall. I wish I took a picture. She did not prep me for my wax, did not cleanse me, or powder/oil me. Yes, real men get pedicures. Some nice ones will even bring their mother-in-law. My mother-in-law had a couple of painful nails. Her Kaiser approved podiatrist moved out of the area and other doctors were charging high fees to only deal with the problem nails. I saw that Bellezza Spa offers problem pedicures as an option. Mom would only go if I would also. I've felt self conscious about my ugly toe nails and calluses for a long time. I booked two side by side problem pedicures for Mom and I. This was a first time experience for me at age 63 and her at 85. We both loved it! May did mine and Ann did Mom's. Mom's nail pain is gone and our feet have never looked better! This will probably become a regular outing for us. My wife is a bit jealous that we found something to do without her. She's still a year from retirement. I told her that I would need to speak with my partner to decide if we'll let her in the club next year.
