We were hoping against hope that our roof would survive the storms of 2022/23 but no such luck. Our roof was 25 years old (our house is in SF's Sunset neighborhood)so we knew it was time. Luckily, our contractor friend recommended Al Jr's Roof Inc and we are so glad he did. We called and Al came the next day and gave us the estimate which was reasonable. We were put on the list and by early March our roof was done! They did a great job and yes, I went up to the roof with Al to check it myself! Al is a great guy and even better he and his team did fabulous job. And it has rained since they replaced it in early March and no leaks! Thanks Al, you guys did a great job!

Al Jr, owner, is very professional and knowledgeable about the latest and greatest products in roofing I received 6 bids for my 2400 sq foot cape code roof! His bid was by far the most competitive and was in alignment to our needs. Al and crew went above and beyond my expectations and put up with my micro management-detail ways. (Bless his heart!) Al would be onsite and observe the work being done and would do his best to appease me. This roof was a beast. The started October 11th and worked their tails off. With impending rain forecasted for this last week, Al and his crew came on Sat and Sunday (they normally do not work weekends) but knew that to preserve the wood on the roof and the newly installed plywood on the porch over hang... that the high quality plastic membrane had to be laid down. Additionally, the managed to get all the roof shingles in place before the heavy rains last night- having worked through drizzle yesterday! Al is professional, knowledgeable, kind and professional, He and his crew -go that extra mile without even asking! I highly recommend Al and his team! Anastasia Castro Valley Ca
