Friendly, efficient staff. Very detail oriented. I originally tried them due to convenience of being in walking distance to my work. After my first vehicle I had tinted, I brought another. I will continue bringing all mine and my families future vehicles here as I am 100% satisfied with their work, and friendliness.

The customer service at this place is simply UNMATCHED. I've been here twice for my vehicle, and brought them another vehicle recently and the results/service has been amazing every single time.

My original review was back in 2018 with my old Honda Civic. When they said the tint won't fade away, they were right. Purchased a RAV4 this year (2024), I immediately went to West Coast to complete the blacked out look. Check Groupon because they always have some kind of deal going. Just two pieces of advice: 1) They're not a $20 tint job. So if you looking for super cheap. Look away. If you're looking for a long lasting product, check them out. 2) If you have a car with multiple pillars (e.g like the RAV4 I just bought that has windows that don't roll down.), remember those count as separate windows.I know for the few years I lived in San Bernardino... read full review
