I haven’t been here in about two years and all I have to say is that I’m still beyond satisfied!! LaTanya was real sweet, loving and extremely professional!! I definitely recommend coming here!!
Very professional and friendly. The person who owns the place is so down to earth and makes you feel like family. Shane is the one who braided my hair and was done within 4hours . A must go for braids and sewins.
I've been going to the Braid Gallery off and on for 18 years. I've never experienced bad customer service from the owner. As a matter a fact, she has such impeccable customer service I don't know how to thank her. I called myself going to an off brand braid salon but it turned out to be a nightmare. The braider was 30 minutes late, during the braiding I kept telling her what she was doing did not match the picture I sent her. Well, to make a long story short, I called The owner of the Braid Gallery and explained to her what just transpired. She had no hard feelings told me to come in and she'll take care of my hair, and that's just what she did. I don't know how to express my gratitude. How do you too that customer service? Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!! Grateful customer!
