I had Claudia from superior mechanical come in on time. She was very professional and honest she came on time and got right to work. She was able to find the problem and fix it within a few minutes. Prior to calling superior mechanical I had called another company which informed me that I needed to replace the unit and would cost thousands of dollars. I’m glad I called superior mechanical because of them I was able to save thousands of dollars!
I and my wife have been very impressed with this company, the first time we called upon them was trouble with our heating unit, it took two days but they had to get a part for the unit that they did not have. Today the 5/22/2020, one of their employees came out to service our air conditioning unit, he was very professional, did an excellent job. Because we like this company, we have taken out a monthly payment charge of nineteen dollars a month to where they will come out twice a year to service the heater and air compressor and not charge for it which there normal service charge is 250 dollars.

Our heat pump stopped suddenly last night, blowing hot air and making loud sounds. I called Superior Mechanical this morning and Claudia came out right away. Discovered the problem was a capacitor and replaced it. All done in less than an hour. Cleaned up tidy; the AC works great! We're so pleased! This Amana unit was installed by them in 2007 and it's worked great all these years😊
