Precision carpet cleaning

Don't recommend. Appointment was for 08/22 between 12-2PM. I had to call and see if anyone was coming. I get a text saying they're 40 minutes away at 2:15p which means they won't arriving until 3PM. Communicate and respect your customers time. Unprofessional and not the slightest hint of being apologetic. Thanks for nothing.

Do not hire Precision carpet for your tiles and carpet needs. My husband hired them on 1/5 to clean 3 rooms. The young men that came was at our home for a total of 37min from the time he park to the time he drove off. He did not do a decent job at all. He was passing the steamer as if it were a vacuum with long strokes and fast. My carpet still has stains. When I called the owner he said it was due to the carpet being polyester and he said he would come the following day. My husband and I had rented some blowers to dry up the carpet fast and as it is it was already an inconvenience for my family to now have to wait a few more days for the carpet to dry up before we can...read full review

Do not hire Precision carpet for your tiles and carpet needs. My husband hired them on 1/5 to clean 3 rooms. The young men that came was at our home for a total of 37min from the time he park to the time he drove off. He did not do a decent job at all. He was passing the steamer as if it were a vacuum with long strokes and fast. My carpet still has stains. When I called the owner he said it was due to the carpet being polyester and he said he would come the following day. My husband and I had rented some blowers to dry up the carpet fast and as it is it was already an inconvenience for my family to now have to wait a few more days for the carpet to dry up before we can step in the rooms again. It was going to cost us more money and time. Since he wasn't able to make it the same day we ended up hiring another carpet business who ended up removing all of the stains. The water was so dirty and keep in mind Precision Carpet had just cleaned our carpets. We had also asked the employee to start on certain rooms first for a reason and he did what he wanted to do. He was not flexible on listening to our requests. I messaged the owner and requesting a refund and he ignored my calls and text messages. I did not need a full refund but he could have offered some type of remediation to make things right. And if he did not want to offer any type of a refund at least communicating with us by offering an apology for the inconvenience. The owner just left us on read. Very unprofessional and no accountability on his part. I will not be hiring him for any carpet needs and would not recommend this company. Till this day I am still waiting for the owner to contact us.
