Precision carpet cleaning

Do not hire Precision carpet for your tiles and carpet needs. My husband hired them on 1/5 to clean 3 rooms. The young men that came was at our home for a total of 37min from the time he park to the time he drove off. He did not do a decent job at all. He was passing the steamer as if it were a vacuum with long strokes and fast. My carpet still has stains. When I called the owner he said it was due to the carpet being polyester and he said he would come the following day. Horrible!!! Young gentleman (Eddie) came out to clean Carpet & tile. Sprayed liquid all over the tile. Plus on stove, glass doors, refrigerator, & dishwasher. Can't get it off, John said he would come back and clean it, never did.

The company has a bait and switch price to get the job. I was at work with my Mother In Law waiting for them. When I got home (my office is 10 minutes away) they had already started the job and said due to the heavy soiling, it would cost $1,800! Wait, WHAT? I told them to stop right where they were (they had gotten their equipment out of the van) and they said it would cost $500 to not clean anything. I went ahead and bit the bullet, but a month later spots have shown up that were never visible before. Perfect circles in my bedroom (12 to 13 of them). I am calling tomorrow to see what they say, but after spending all that $$$, my wife wants to replace the carpeting....read full review
