Kaiser has taken on more patients than their systems can handle & you can’t get through to talk to anyone in a reasonable amount of time, 4 & 5 hours waiting times each & every time you call in. Ridiculous

Had a horrible experience with pharmacy here. Was diagnoseed with sinus infection needing an antiobiotic and other meds, which PA from Redlands gladly ordered and told me could be picked up in San Bernardino as soon as we got there. Got there - no antibiotic. Pharm clerk refused to text/call doctor to ask if there was a mistake. It was Memorial Day Weekend - no one, no matter how many cries for help went out - would lift a finger. Had to go to Member Services - first time in 40 years of going here. There is a completely new pharm staff - and they don't know or care what they are doing. Suggest going to Redlands - or anywhere but here.

I had to refill my prescriptions, this place is awesome, I guess not too many people know about this place. I walked in, and the pharmacy is right up front. The guy helping me was super friendly, and this place is super convenient. This might be my new pharmacy
