Today I had an appointment for body skin check in the San Bernardino office. My provider was Claudia Salcido. I felt very comfortable with her and the other female assistant ( don't know her name.) I am in the medical field so I know what is good bed side manner and good practice technique and I am pleased that my experience today was excellent. I needed to have some samples taken of my skin which I didn't plan for , but they made me feel comfortable and took extra time with me. My wait was about a hour to be called but I did get there a little early. The front office staff was nice as well. I highly recommend Claudia Salcido as your provider. Ms. Ashley and her nurse were so professional,Ms Ashley gave me her undivided attention and allow me to state my concerns about my skin condition, very patient and that pleases me very much, she explained the cause of my skin condition and steps of how to better care of my skin. I’m so glad to be under her care.Lydia
The doctor who treated me yesterday speaks Spanish, very dedicated to her work, gentle and treats patients well. It was a fat abscess. As soon as he saw it, he decided it was a mistake that same day.
