His guy came over 3 weeks ago was on my roof for an hour measuring and never responded with a quote i guess he didnt need the job. Poor communication or no communication. Waste of time.

MJ Roofing was referred to us by a friend. We were given a date and time for an estimate. When they did not show, we called the office who in tern called the contractor. What was most disturbing was that he said he was calling us to let us know he could not make the appointment. We asked why he did not call earlier and that we were the ones initiating the call, he said "well, I'm calling now." No ownership for the error. We made a second appointment, after waiting 30 minutes for him to show up, we called the office again. They said the manger was out at the moment, but she would relay the message.
