This place has the worst customer service over the phone! It’s like they don’t want u to call them. They always put u on hold or say they will call u back and they never do. If u wanna get anywhere with this place u might as well go in person. Time to make the switch to a better clinic

They don’t know how to time manage , going in for an appointment and I’m there for 2 + hours later, unfortunately this is the only close clinic to me so it would a hard ship to go someplace else. They need new management to whip this place in shape, starting with answering there phone when patients call in.

They never answer the phone!!! And the doctor never sent my prescription. I’m 32 weeks pregnant and that’s not cool. I shouldn’t have to worry about why my medicine wasn’t sent. Smh
