I am sorry to be reading such poor reviews after I utilized Aaron Cremation's services for three of my relatives and had excellent service. I didn't post a review those times, so I am posting it now. We utilized cremation services for my mom, grandma, and my husband. The service was prompt, respectful, and courteous. This was well before the pandemic. I hope the service hasn't changed since I plan on contacting them for my own cremation needs. I know that many companies lost staff and the pandemic impacted services in most businesses. When I called recently for information, the people I spoke to were kind and helpful.
Communication was on the phone. All staff answering phone was very personable. Brittany Knuff was the main person I would talk with. She was very efficient, calling back right away when I left messages. Thank you again for your time, cooperation and concern. Tracy B.
I went to my little cousins funeral at The Shaw funeral home in San Bernardino, CA yesterday.It has beautiful stained glass windows and the funeral itself was done well.They also had nice, late model limos. The whole place spells Class with a capital “C”.
