I finally heard from Inland. They said that they were having phone problems. They said that they are fixing the problem. I phoned them once and did not have any problem. Hopefully they have solved their problems. I will continue using them.

Been trying to get a hold of someone from the company to no avail since the switch from Rayne water to inland water no has been to check our system and you can not get a hold of anyone from the company. Unfortunately we are going to cancel the service and go with a reputable company.since I left the review on yelp Nick the owner responded and said he had no idea that no one had been out to check our system, so the next day Steve the service guy came out and got the system fixed so I'm going to stay with them for now hopefully we don't have to go through this again. Thanks to Steve great guy knowledgeable. Thanks.
