My appointment was for 9:15am I didn’t get seen until 10:30. Im currently waiting for my eyeglass prescription numbers info and it’s 11. Don’t come here if you’re in a rush.

Dr's are nice and quick but if you need your glasses quick don't come here. I've been waiting over a month for my new glasses and my husband as well. When I called to see when I'd be able to pick them up the receptionist was rude and gave no answers to my questions. Called my insurance and I can't even go anywhere else since they already charged my insurance so now I'm stuck waiting to get my glasses from this place.

I have been going here for yrs and I mean yrs not just a couple or a few but for many yrs and never had a problem with them at all. They r very thorough with ur exam and making sure that your going to be able to see. I remember one time my glasses had gotten stolen so I was actually afraid to call and ask for a replacement because I was worried about having to pay because during that time I didn't have much money but I sucked it and called and thank God I did because when I called I explained how I had been without my glasses because they were stolen and they told me not to even worry about it and they replaced my glasses for free and I had them within the week.
