Receptionist were quick and professional. I came here for a whole family check up and boy were they fast but exams were not rushed just perfect. I like the way Dr. Dean took his time and explained everything and broke it down and did offered solutions. My daughter ended up needing a patch and Dr. Dean explained why and even recommended where we can get eye patches. He is great with kids and was patient with my daughters and I want to say thank you for that. My daughter’s glasses came in the same week I believe it took about 4 days. This is a review for the pure vision in Moreno Valley. The staff at the Moreno Valley location are so much more professional and friendly than the San Bernardino location. I will drive the 30 mins extra any time. The staff are caring and understanding. Especially Ruby, she's delightful and has great patient rapport. Just A+. Both Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Bowman are great as well, very knowledgeable and friendly. Love them. But dislike dealing with the staff at the SB location

Was able to use my vision insurance here and saved $. Another benefit is I received my glasses in one week exactly, ahead of schedule. I got a discount for 2nd pair same day purchase. Jennifer was extremely helpful and with so much patience.
