Poor staff that verbally abuse mental patients. The staff bully the patients and mentally torture them. This place needs to be shut down for their unprofessional protocol. I would not recommend anyone going here Specially if your seeking help.
BED BUGS!!!!!!!!! Exposure to chemicals etc.... The worst staff. Poor treatment. Rude "Clinical Director" no more needed. Sleeping Guards, not safe Overall -10 but that's SB County. Contacted NAMI National , State and local, sang like a bird. :) Consumer Beware, and families if you love your people, get them real help, just not here. They are only seen as $$$$$$$$$ per bed. Good Luck
Interesting how a facility like this would send a transwoman to a men's rehab facility where they forced her to cut her hair and wear men's clothes.Not a place I would consider "helpful"
