Two weeks ago, we lost my 91 year old father-in-law. My wife had prearranged a very affordable cremation package for him a few years ago with John Bobbitt as dementia began to kick in while he was in assisted living. Within an hour after the phone call about his passing, a Bobbitt team member was on site after his three kids had time to say goodbye. They graciously supported our entire family as well as honored dad in preparing his transport. Once we made our way over to the Chapel offices, Bruce Ewing not only helped us walk through the required planning and paperwork. but he went out of his way to schedule military honors out of state at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minnesota. As Bruce was on the phone making these arrangements, John Bobbitt personally stepped in and share his condolences. I have been a pastor for three decades and officiated dozens of memorial and graveside services. This family owned business has consistently provided exceptional care, support, kindest and service to every family I have had the honor to help celebrate the life and legacy of their loved ones, no matter it be planing, viewings, chapel services or graveside memorials.
