Such a perfect job they did for me Alberto whom did the spa did such a professional job. And Gabriel was so attentive to my requests. The rest employees were adequate for the results of the job.

The final step of our owner build pool was plaster. We obtained 6 pebble quotes: 2 for Pebbletec and 4 for NPT Stonescapes. Of these, Baron Pools was one of the most competitively priced. Plus, they are one of the few certified installers for Pebbletec, and so we went with them. Erika was very helpful throughout the process and answered all of my questions. Some of our other, more expensive quotes included prepping the shotcrete for plaster, but Baron's quote did not include this. It was up to us to ensure the pool was ready for the crew to plaster. We spent a few hours removing the excess shotcrete and pressure washing, and then Salvador came out before the plaster date to confirm the pool was ready to plaster. It was worth the work for the savings.Baron stuck to their timeframe, came out on the stated date, and returned the following day to acid wash. We are very happy with the services they provided.

I highly recommend Baron pools! I did my homework! I wanted to make my money count! Monte came out and I got the bid so quick! I began my job at the beginning of the busy season. I am so glad I chose to use Baron Pools! Monte communicated with me along the way!He showed her cared even after all was done- he could have ignored a few things and he not only went the extra mile to get it right but also showed up with the plumber to be sure things were done exactly right!
