Shopped around for best price and quality and Ballard won, and they did not disappoint had some minor hiccups but nothing they didn’t address and that’s what makes a business great! Shout out to whole crew but Ryan, Taylor and Angel. Vanessa was awesome and Jose from the construction department did an amazing job! You have a client for life!
Johnny did a great job, he explained everything in detail to where I could understand. Johnny informed me that my AC unit was much older than what I assumed it was but "he didn't use scare tactics" to get me to purchase another unit out of fear although I will be needing a new unit soon. My overall experience exceeded all of my expectations.

We had a good enough experience working with Mr. Daniel Andrade. His colleague Daniel who had been here the Saturday before to inspect our old system had said the inspection fee of $49 dollars would be applied towards the installation if we were to go forward with a new system. We did a new system, it is very nice. No further mention of the $49 dollars was made, nor did we receive the washable filters we were supposed to get.
