Referred to Ray for my home ac. My ac wasn't working and would only release hot air. I called Ray and got an appt for a few days out. He was on time, polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed my unit all while giving me information for current and future ac needs. When it comes time to replace I'll be calling him again. I had a great experience overall.
