I've been looking for a massage therapist for 20+ years that I feel super comfortable with and finally found the right fit! Dana is amazing. Because of her background with both yoga and massage, I feel she has a wonderful sense of how the body works physically as well as energetically. I'm able to communicate to her what I need and she listens and responds via what is offered in the massage. She is caring, present, and grounded which is so helpful. I feel my health has improved in many ways since seeing her regularly. I recommend giving her a try if you are ready to go deeper into your wellbeing with someone who is caring, compassionate, and skilled.

Dana is a healer. I have longstanding issues with pain from disc herniation in my lower back. I've tried physical therapy several times but never stuck with it. I've also tried yoga a handful of times in a class setting, but again couldn't commit. Enter Dana. Working with her for the past month has been revelatory. Her gentle, expert yoga guidance has helped me begin to feel the embodiment that I'm confident leads to long-term healing. The benefits of 1:1 instruction are huge.
