After not receiving my first order Nick sent me a new one no extra charge. I placed a claim with UPS and they couldn't prove it was delivered. Pine Street has been super helpful.

There was an error with the shipping address. Nick helped to catch the package ahead of shipping and corrected the address. This was a costly item, so I appreciate the fix. Thank you, Nick.I think it may be helpful to place a note on the address edit page - "current changes/edits will not be applied to recently placed orders. Please get in touch with us regarding recently placed orders."

I just ordered Ban Lan Gen from this clinic at a cheaper price than Amazon. I have nothing but good to say about my experience with them. My card wouldn't work to pay for the items I ordered, but Nick tried to help as much as possible. When my bank fixed my card so that it would work, my order was processed and delivered to me in record time. Thanks Pine Street and Nick! Great place to shop online for Chinese medicine! I'll bet they are a great clinic as well!
