Only postive thing is Criag, that's it & he's been short staff for 5 months. Front desk isn't friendly, they never call back, I've been waiting for glasses for 4.5 months and now getting a refund. My wife and I are looking for somewhere else, sadly can't support this local company/

The overall office organization/staffing needs improvement. When I walk in, I see a ton of paper files everywhere, I literally think patient records are stored on paper instead of electronically. I called asking for a PDF of my prescription so that I could buy contacts elsewhere and they put me on hold for five minutes while they tried to find my records. I hung up and called back later, and they told me they had "misplaced" my records. So now I don't have an active prescription even though I had an appointment last week. I just don't trust that their records are accurate; the doctor also seemed to have the wrong information about my prescription when I went for an appointment.

Dr. Frank is awesome. He takes time with patients. I was struggling using contacts and he took time to teach me himself. I am incredibly grateful. The office has top notch equipment. I used to live In Woodacre but I continue to come to Dr. Frank. I trust him.
